The BISR library is progressing day by day by collecting latest books, journals, reports etc. The library has special social science related collections, which is over 1000 books, journals, documents and reports. It receives complimentary copies of publication of United Nations from United Nations Information Center regularly. The BISR has undertaken an exchange program of its journals and research reports with other national and international research centers, institutions and universities. It has its exchange program with BARD, BARCIK and Women for Women. Thus, it is going to enrich its library further.

The resource persons, trainees and academicians regularly use the library. The researcher in the library can use research reports, books and journals inside the library. The facility of photocopying of any report, books, journal papers and documents is available there for the users.
